Terms of Service

By accessing or using the D.F.A. Telegram bot or Web App, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all registered D.F.A. members who use any functionality provided through the bot or Web App.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the D.F.A. bot and Web App.

The D.F.A. system is an internal service and is not intended for unrestricted public use.

Access is associated with the user's Telegram account and the identity stored in the D.F.A. database.

• You must use your own Telegram account.
• You must not impersonate another D.F.A. member.
• You must not attempt to bypass membership or rank checks.
• You must not attempt to access another member's administrative functions without authorization.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized Telegram account.

The D.F.A. bot and Web App must only be used for legitimate clan-related purposes.

Users must not:

• Abuse, spam, or intentionally overload the bot or Web App.
• Attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Attempt to modify or corrupt the D.F.A. database.
• Attempt to access server-side files, credentials, or administrative systems without authorization.
• Use another member's identity or credentials.
• Interfere with normal operation of the service.
• Use the service for purposes unrelated to D.F.A. operations without authorization.

Commands are provided according to the user's registration status and assigned rank.

Telegram group administrator status alone does not grant D.F.A. administrative permissions.

The D.F.A. Web App provides a web-based interface for information and functionality connected to the D.F.A. system.

Access to protected Web App functionality may depend on Telegram identity and the member's authorization level.

• Do not attempt to forge or manipulate authentication data.
• Do not attempt to access restricted pages or API endpoints.
• Do not attempt to modify data through unauthorized requests.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Web App's operation.

The Web App is an extension of the D.F.A. system and is subject to the same authorization principles as the bot.

Supreme Command is responsible for maintaining the D.F.A. membership structure and controlling administrative access.

Authorized administrators may perform actions including:

• Registering and removing members.
• Assigning or changing ranks.
• Assigning members to squads.
• Changing squad commanders.
• Deactivating member access.
• Reviewing administrative action logs.

Administrative actions may be recorded in the D.F.A. audit log for accountability and operational history.

The D.F.A. bot and Web App are provided on an internal, best-effort basis.

Service availability is not guaranteed. The system may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, server issues, network failures, software updates, or other technical circumstances.

D.F.A. administration may suspend or terminate a member's access to the bot or Web App when necessary.

Access may be revoked when a user:

• Is removed from the D.F.A. membership database.
• Is marked inactive.
• Abuses the service.
• Attempts unauthorized access.
• Attempts to manipulate administrative systems.
• Violates these Terms of Service.

Suspension or termination of access may occur immediately when required to protect the D.F.A. system.

These Terms of Service may be updated when the D.F.A. bot, Web App, membership system, or operating procedures change.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever a new version becomes active.

Significant changes may be announced to D.F.A. members through the official group or other internal communication channels.
